At F1 Authentics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your piece of Formula 1 history. If your item is not quite right, we offer a 14-day return window for most memorabilia and official teamwear products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all certificates of authenticity, holograms, and protective materials are included and intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix your return label and ship the package via a tracked service to our facility; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
